Respect for your time. Our setup process is quick and easy, whether you are transitioning from an existing in-office store or starting a new one. We need very little of your time because we do the work for you. And when you need support, we’ll respond promptly in whatever form is convenient for you (phone, text, email, etc.)
Uncommonly Good Customer Service! You and your patients can expect a level of customer service you just don’t get these days. We call it “uncommonly good customer service,” and it’s about integrity, follow-through, promptness, friendliness and professionalism. We know that when patients have a clear and easy option for buying supplements, they are more likely to be compliant with your recommendations. Remember though, as part of our agreement with you we do not dispense medical advice — we’ll always direct your patients’ supplement and health related questions back to your office.
